Leadership
David Pepe is a Managing Partner of Benchmark Real Estate Advisors. With over 30 years of real estate investment banking experience, Mr. Pepe has been directly responsible for the exclusive disposition, equity financing and/or advisory of over 27,000 multifamily units and over 14 million square feet of commercial property throughout the US. Mr. Pepe has been exclusively engaged on over 100 capital market assignments with an aggregate value exceeding $5 billion. Most notably, Mr. Pepe’s top 25 engagements average $115 million, and top 50 engagements average $75 million.
Prior to forming Benchmark in 2013, Mr. Pepe served 9 years as a Managing Director with Rockwood Real Estate Advisors specializing in Capital Markets nationally. Prior to Rockwood, Mr. Pepe served 10 years as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Services Group in Florida, specializing in investment sales. Mr. Pepe has been continually recognized for his professional accomplishments, and as such, has received over 15 individual commercial real estate industry awards.
Mr. Pepe holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College, and a M.S. in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
